Entity: Sentinel Immediate Response (SIR)

A coordinated response network for cybercrime.

A private, guided path from the first moments of a cybercrime incident to preserved evidence, a reviewable report, and controlled follow-up.

SIR helps people move from confusion and panic into a structured response pathway while cybercrime is still in motion—preserving evidence, organizing an accurate report, and supporting controlled handoff and follow-up.

We created a 911 for cybercrime.

Mia and Mitch provide empathetic AI-guided support. They are AI agents, not human support, police officers, attorneys, or financial representatives.

Mia and Mitch

A private conversation that proceeds at the reporter’s pace.

Choose Mia or Mitch to hear how a SIR conversation begins. The selected AI guide speaks aloud while the avatar breathes, blinks, and moves with the voice.

Personal SIR

A better way to explain a difficult event.

Cybercrime reports are often made while a person is frightened, embarrassed, uncertain, or still being contacted by the offender. SIR is designed to replace a long static form with a private conversation that proceeds at the reporter’s pace.

The reporter can choose Mia or Mitch, describe the event naturally, organize evidence, correct the resulting narrative, and decide what happens next. The system preserves continuity so the person does not have to start over every time the case changes hands.

Reporter-controlled workflow

From conversation to a reviewable complaint.

01

Private guided intake

A natural text or voice conversation adapted to the incident, approved guidance, and participating organization.

02

Evidence organization

Messages, screenshots, websites, dates, account details, payment information, wallet addresses, documents, and other supporting material are organized with provenance.

03

Immediate protective guidance

Bounded next steps may help preserve records, secure accounts, contact an institution, or avoid further harm without making legal conclusions or promising recovery.

04

Reporter review and correction

The person reviews the structured narrative, chronology, evidence inventory, and contact preferences before any controlled handoff.

05

Controlled handoff and continuity

An approved institution or agency can receive an organized packet, request clarification, and continue communication without forcing the reporter to recreate the entire account.

Deployment models

One SIR platform, configured for the organization operating it.

Entity: Public SIR

A person independently uses SIR to understand the event, preserve evidence, prepare an accurate report, and determine appropriate next steps.

Entity: Institutional SIR

A bank, brokerage, exchange, wallet, insurer, platform, or other organization embeds a private guided intake and routes reports into its existing human-controlled fraud, security, or customer-protection workflow.

Entity: SIR for Public Agencies

A police department, precinct, sheriff, attorney general, consumer-protection office, regulator, or other agency operates a private SIR environment configured for its jurisdiction, procedures, routing rules, and staff.

SIR for Public Agencies

Private intake. Correct routing. Prepared follow-up.

A person can speak privately with an agency-specific SIR, provide evidence, review the complaint, and send it into that organization’s controlled intake queue. Authorized staff can review, route, assign, and follow up.

The assignee receives an organized chronology, evidence inventory, structured summary, unresolved questions, and reporter contact preferences before speaking with the person.

Agency workflow

Configured locally, governed by the participating organization.

Agency-specific configuration

Jurisdiction, locations, complaint types, approved guidance, language, privacy notices, staff roles, assignment queues, and retention rules can be configured for the participating organization.

Human review and assignment

Authorized personnel review the complaint, reject abuse or spam, request missing information, route it to the appropriate unit, and assign it to an officer, detective, investigator, analyst, or agent.

Flexible deployment surface

SIR is designed for agency websites, mobile devices, iPads or tablets, office intake stations, and partner-integrated installations selected to fit each organization’s facilities.

Continuing communication

Authorized staff may request additional material, provide approved updates, record contact attempts, and maintain a continuing case communication history.

Non-negotiable boundary

SIR does not fabricate a filing, complaint number, verification, recovery, law-enforcement contact, or external action. It does not request passwords, one-time codes, Social Security numbers, private keys, seed phrases, or complete card or bank-account numbers. Human review remains required before certification, assignment, or official submission.
